1. General instructions

pcCREO is the creative product agency for:

- Graphic Design
- Industrial Design
- 3D modeling
- Web design, Web application development, SEO, web hosting and domain management
- Adobe Flash applications

Prices in this price list are intended to be the basis for contracting. Depending on the complexity of the job, these prices may vary. Rates are minimal as possible, and the final price estimate is determined in the planning process of the project and through consultation with the client. Besides the contract, the client will receive an invoice with a transparent and concrete descriptions and prices for each element in the project. In case of subsequent requests by the client during the implementation, we will create a complementary invoice that will accompany these changes. We commit ourselves to respect these rates, and for clients with whom we have worked, depending on the status acquired, we will provide a discounts of up to 30%. Exceptions are nonprofit entities and charitable organizations, or individuals, to whom we can provide a discount greater than 30%.


2. Negotiations and execution of work

After the initial contact by the client, it is necessary to fulfill the following conditions:

- The customer must provide a valid purchase order. Valid purchase order for legal entities is the document that contains the client's needs. These must be compatible with our price list and this segment is created in collaboration with our administration to follow the needs and desires of the client, so that we can formulate and submit our offer as soon as possible. Order must be stamped and signed by the legally responsible person. Order form for individuals is valid, if the signature is authenticated with ID number of the client.

- On the basis of purchase order, our administration will prepare an offer and submit it to the client within 24 hours

- Once a customer accepts the offer (the confirmation by e-mail or standard postcard) our administration will prepare a contract. At the request of the client, the job can be started without legal agreement, but in this case, the customer must pay in advance 100% of the agreed price.

- After the signing of the contract or the advance payment, our design team takes over communication with the client and begins the creative process.

- For most of the items in this price list, we are obliged to provide a minimum of 3 conceptual designs.

- Once the client chooses one of the proposed conceptual design, our creative team, while constantly communicating with the client, begins work on an adaptation of the conceptual design into a concrete product.

- Following the acceptance of the graphic solution, the client is obliged to pay an advance defined in the contract.

- If required, our creative team is obligated to provide a maximum of two graphic adaptations/mutations of the final solution, prior to signing the contract. In the event that the fundamental change of design is necessary we are obliged to ask for extra payment of 10% if the adaptation is fostered by the client or for free if our team suggested adaptations.

- All adaptations on already accepted graphic solution are issues for contract annex and those must be paid separately!

- After the successful conclusion of business, the client is entered into our database, and is entitled to receive a discount for future agreements.

- Our clients who recommend us to other potential customers with whom we conclude a job are entitled for a discount on their account.

- We reserve the rights to send new business offers to our clients and in case of the larger contracts we will provide discount or presents for our clients, for the sake of mutually beneficial cooperation and good relations.

- Very important information for our clients is that if the new negotiated agreements that include design elements from previous agreements, the client on such products is entitled to receive a discount of up to 50% depending on the level of the possible use of already produced elements.


3. Delivery of the final product

The client receives the final product on the electronic, digital form/media as defined in the contract. Any additional forms of digital forms/media, which are requested after signing contract are issues of subsequent agreement, free of charge if the digital form/media is compatible with the development process or extra charged, if we are required to perform fundamental correction of product for this delivery. We emphasize that we don't charge separately design process and prepress technology if it is defined in the contract. This implies that the final product is a digital file customized for chosen printing technologies demanded by the client in the contract. Also, the final product that is delivered to the client is a professional "layout" digital file intended for its purpose, clients archive and for potential changes. Products are a vector files or layered image files. At the request of our client, prepared digital files can be delivered directly to contractors or to printing office, hosting provider...


4. Secondary, ancillary services and specific situations

Our price list is created with the aim to offer the balance of price and quality. We can accommodate to any clients budget and any type of request within our fields of work. The price list is formed on the basis of our previous experience with clients and our experience in business management. Of course, it is impossible to anticipate every combination, but for all the expressed desires from our clients, not covered within price list, we will form prices together with our clients, based on similar existing categories, so that we can minimize unpleasant surprises. Our operators are available via our toll-free phone number, online chat or Skype every working day from 09h to 17h (GTM +1), and we will respond to your e-mail inquiries, as soon as possible, no later than 24 hours. For example, hosting and maintenance of websites, where as part of web design services, we care about the safety of your data and guarantee the functionality of each of our product, while on our hosting server. It is possible to arrange monthly maintenance, updates and changes in the content of your presentation / site / portal. The price for these services depends on the level of engagement of our operators and is regulated by a separate agreement. We are able to provide online or classical training, if the clients want these services performed by their own resources. If the client decides to move their web site from our server to another or from some other to our server (site migration), we are available to provide technical support to maximize efficiency of this process and to minimize the time of transfer. We have noted approximate deadline for delivery for specific projects - accurate information is determined through each contract. If the client requires very fast delivery we can do it, but the price might be increased by up to 100% .


5. Services that are not defined in this price list

All these specific services must be transparently presented in the contract or in the annex to contract if required after initial agreement!

- Copyrights for authors or copyright owners (stock photography, web domain, etc.).
- Services: correctors, proofreaders, editors, other authors, translators ...
- Various external, professional consultants.
- Printing services, proofing, etc.
- Contents creation (e.g. web site contents, content text and source images), external testing, etc.
